Study on the Mental Health of Women Facing Workplace Discrimination (USIM) (2022)
Dua belas hipotesis telah dibina sebagai asas kepada kajian ini yang berbentuk tinjauan di lapangan dalam bentuk soal selidik untuk mencapai objektif bagi mengenal pasti keadaan semasa jenis diskriminasi di tempat kerja untuk golongan wanita di samping mengetahui peranan dan implikasinya terhadap kesihatan mental mereka. Populasi kajian ini ialah 5.1 juta wanita bekerjaya di Malaysia dan saiz sampel yang digunakan untuk pelaporan analisis adalah 411. Teknik yang digunakan ialah persampelan rawak mudah dalam pengumpulan data.

This workshop aims to equip participants with:
- Knowledge and skills in leadership and management within community-level volunteer organisations;
- The ability to build networks among community-level volunteer leaders; and
- Practical application of leadership and management knowledge and skills in community-level volunteerism.
Prerequisite: Must have attended the Malaysian Volunteerism Workshop (Basic Level)
