Pengenalan
- This course aims to provide basic caregiving training to caregivers in welfare institutions under the Department of Social Welfare (JKM), care centres managed by non-governmental organisations (NGOs), private care centres, Khidmat Bantu Di Rumah (KBDR) volunteers, and individuals caring for family members with health issues, including senior citizens, persons with disabilities (OKU), children, and bedridden patients.
- The course will be conducted through lectures, discussions and presentations, video screenings, role plays or simulations, and practical field training.

- Introduction and Orientation: Course briefing, ice-breaking session, pre-assessment, and group formation
- Psychological Challenges and Emotional Management Skills for Caregivers
- Introduction to Care Centres for Senior Citizens, OKU, Children, and Adolescents
- Roles and Responsibilities of Care Centre Operators
- Compliance with Acts and Regulations Related to Care Centre Services
- Management of Daily Routines in Care Centres
- Activity Management for Development, Learning, Progress, Rehabilitation, Case Conferences, and Resident Interventions in Care Centres
- Management of Safety, Health, Hygiene, and Cheerfulness (4K) and Record Management in Care Centres
- Management of Physiotherapy Activities
- Management of Occupational Therapy Activities
- Fieldwork: Practical training in daily routines, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy at care centres
